Surgical RF devices & development expertise

Commercial RF devices and the engineering to build yours.

We develop and supply commercial radiofrequency-based surgical devices used across clinical and procedural environments: electrosurgical electrodes, RF generators, vessel sealing systems and RF microneedling platforms designed for reliability, repeatability and scalable production.

Alongside our own portfolio, we provide development and manufacturing support for OEM and strategic partners, from device design, engineering and prototyping to process development and regulated manufacturing, so new surgical technologies can move from concept to commercial production.

Technology

Controlled energy. Measured response.

Generators, handpieces, electrodes and control algorithms are engineered as one coordinated system, so RF energy is delivered predictably across clinical environments.

System architecture & closed-loop control

In select platforms, real-time tissue response data modulates RF output instead of relying on preset power alone, supporting controlled thermal dosing.

Materials & surface engineering

RF-NonStick ceramic coating is designed to reduce tissue sticking and thermal build-up compared with conventional metallic surfaces.

Temperature-regulated delivery

RF microneedling measures tissue temperature in real time, regulating energy by measured response rather than preset output.

Featured device · Super Pencil

Cleaner cuts. Less tissue damage.

An advanced electrosurgical pencil engineered to reduce lateral thermal spread, minimize charring and collateral tissue damage, and produce cleaner surgical smoke than standard pencils.

  • Reduced thermal spread at the point of application
  • RF-NonStick ceramic coating limits tissue build-up
  • Standard monopolar workflow, no change in technique
  • Side-by-side demonstrations on liver, skin and muscle tissue

Ask a technical question
What medical devices do you manufacture?
The portfolio covers stainless steel and tungsten electrosurgical electrodes (with optional RF-NonStick ceramic coating), two-button electrosurgical pencils and the advanced Super Pencil, multipurpose electrosurgical generators, vessel sealing systems, RF microneedling systems, return electrodes, Seal-N-Cut 5mm bipolar/monopolar forceps, the Scannula scanning cannula and Dynashear 5mm instruments.
Are your quality systems ISO 13485 compliant?
Yes. Engineering and manufacturing activities are conducted under ISO 13485-compliant quality systems, and devices are designed and manufactured in alignment with applicable ISO and IEC standards to support FDA and CE Mark pathways.
Do you offer OEM, private-label and contract development?
Yes. Alongside the commercial product lines, the team supports OEM and strategic partners with device design, engineering, prototyping, process development and regulated manufacturing, through fee-based development, OEM manufacturing agreements, licensing or joint ventures.
What is RF-NonStick coating?
RF-NonStick is an all-ceramic, non-PTFE surface treatment for electrosurgical electrodes. It is designed to reduce tissue adhesion and remain stable under RF cutting and coagulation conditions, and is designed to be compatible with common sterilization processes, including steam.
Where are your facilities located?
Operations span the United States (Colorado, with warehouse and shipping in Colorado and Michigan) and Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China, where production and assembly facilities include 10,000 sq. ft. of cleanrooms.
